🔹📢 WE’RE HIRING – Real Estate Assistant (Remote + Bali Field Work)

Seraya Amaya Estates is a boutique real estate agency based in Bali, focused on land leasing and luxury property listings.

We’re currently looking for a motivated Real Estate Assistant (entry-level welcome!) to help us discover, evaluate, and publish top land opportunities across the island.

🔑 Your Role Will Include:

• Contacting land brokers and owners (via WhatsApp, phone, or in person)

• Visiting land plots and taking clear ground-level photos and videos

• Riding a scooter to access sites across Bali (this is essential for field work)

• Flying a drone to capture aerial shots (preferred but not required)

• Assessing basic plot features: access, views, size, terrain

• Publishing listings on our WordPress website

• Supporting with social media posts (Instagram, TikTok preferred)

🎯 Ideal Candidate:

• Based in Bali and able to travel frequently around the island

• Able to ride a scooter confidently and safely

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and communicative in English

• Confident using WhatsApp, camera, and Google Docs

• Drone and photography skills are a big plus

• Familiarity with WordPress or social media posting is an advantage

• Motivated, trustworthy, detail-oriented – with a good eye for land!

🔹📢 WE’RE HIRING – Villa & Land Sales Presenter

(Client-Facing Role | Based in Bali)

Seraya Amaya Estates is a boutique real estate agency in Bali, focused on luxury villas and land leasing.

We’re currently looking for a friendly, confident and well-presented woman to help us showcase beautiful villas and land plots to potential clients – both in person and online.

You don’t need real estate experience – a background in hospitality, events, modelling, hostess work or customer service is a big plus.

If you’re great with people, speak decent English, and feel comfortable in front of the camera, this might be the perfect role for you.

🎯 We’re looking for someone who is:

▪️ Friendly, confident and naturally well-presented

▪️ Based in Bali and able to attend viewings

▪️ Comfortable speaking English (fluency not required – just clear communication)

▪️ Positive, reliable and good with people

▪️ Not afraid to be on video (we’ll help you get used to it!)

▪️ Ideally with experience in hospitality, events, front desk or client-facing roles

🔑 Your role will include:

▪️ Presenting villas and land plots (live or via video)

▪️ Attending property viewings and welcoming clients

▪️ Recording short walk-through videos for Instagram or WhatsApp

▪️ Supporting client messages, basic coordination and follow-ups

▪️ Occasionally helping at live property events or open houses
