Seraya Amaya Estates is growing – and we’re looking for a motivated Real Estate Assistant to join our boutique property agency based in the heart of Bali.
Whether you’re just starting your career or already have some experience, this is your chance to be part of something exciting. We specialise in land leasing and luxury villa listings – and we’re passionate about discovering Bali’s hidden gems before anyone else.
🔍 What Will You Be Doing?
As our assistant, you’ll play a key role in helping us scout, evaluate, and promote new land opportunities. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Reaching out to land owners and brokers via WhatsApp, phone, or in person

Visiting plots and taking clear, ground-level photos and short videos
-
Flying a drone for aerial shots (if you have one – great! If not – no problem)

Making simple assessments: road access, views, land size, terrain

Publishing listings on our WordPress website

Supporting us with social media content (Instagram or TikTok preferred)
🙌 Who Are We Looking For?
We’re not focused on fancy CVs. What matters is your motivation and energy. The ideal candidate is:

Based in Bali, with flexibility to travel across the island

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and able to communicate in English

Comfortable with tools like WhatsApp, Google Docs, and your phone camera

Bonus points if you have experience with drone photography, WordPress or Instagram posting

Motivated, trustworthy and detail-oriented, with a passion for land, nature, and aesthetics
